I’m really pleased with my purchase from October 22. Given the Royal Mail strikes, I was expecting a delay, but it showed up in just a couple of days. No issues with the items; everything was exactly what I ordered. I’ll surely be shopping with them again.

My order never showed up. I've been waiting for two weeks and still nothing. I wouldn't suggest this.

I got a product that seemed to be broken and possibly used. I reached out to the company, but they just shrugged it off and claimed everything was fine! Honestly, it looks like it’s been oxidized and definitely not fresh out of the box. I’d steer clear of this company if you don’t want to end up with faulty or second-hand items. I wouldn’t have been so upset about a little mix-up, since I know things can go sideways sometimes, but the way they shut me down when I expressed my concerns is just ridiculous.

Just to clarify: I never said it came damaged. I mentioned it looked used and oxidized because it felt weak and didn’t seem like a brand new product. Get your facts straight, scammers!!!

Also, when I said damaged, I meant the seal was used, which means it wasn’t brand new. Plus, the item didn’t click open like it should have. It’s all one-sided from Clamanti. Just avoid them.

Got my order in no time, everything was packed nicely, and they even threw in some samples - I'm feeling pretty pleased.

First off, let me say that you can really count on what you see on Trustpilot. Their integrity team reached out to me when this terrible company claimed I hadn’t made a purchase or that my review was false. I was able to provide Trustpilot with all the messages I exchanged with these disrespectful folks, and they put my review back up. Honestly, you won’t find many reviews from me here since I don’t usually do this, but I have NEVER encountered such rude service. They preferred to call me a liar instead of admitting that something went wrong, even when I politely suggested it might not be their fault but rather a manufacturing or supply chain hiccup. They’ve never reached out to me regarding my reviews; their go-to response is to deny any interaction with me. Plus, they’ve never attempted to fix the problem or, heaven forbid, said, 'Sorry we sent a product without a hygiene seal, especially during a pandemic.' The fact that they lied about our dealings says a lot about this business.

Once we got past the early mix-ups, everything was resolved. My order arrived promptly, nicely packaged, and they even threw in a free sample... such a nice gesture. The site is user-friendly and offers a solid range of products. Based on my experience, I’d gladly suggest Clamanti to others.
